On Monday, November 26th, the Business Law and the MBA students visited the Palais de Justice, on île de la Cité.
The purpose of the half-day outing was to visit the different courthouses, to compare the French & American judicial structures, and to observe the wheels of French justice in action.
On Wednesday, November 28th, Marcella Harshbarger, J.D. & L.M.M, Juriste Innovation and IT at France Telecom-Orange, talked to Business students about current trends in American product liability law.
They all role-played, and had a lot of fun!
French/English CV workshops have started!
In each language/culture the requirements, layout and formats differ. It is therefore very useful to know how to create a professional resume in both French and English.
French/English CV workshops, open to all students, will continue after the Winter Break.
